Does your toilet take too long to fill, or sometimes start to refill even when it's not been flushed? Are you wasting water and money?  Most likely you need a new Fluidmaster and flapper.  A Fluidmaster controls the level of water in your tank for flushing, and a flapper keeps the water in the tank until you flush. We are offering a special on Fluidmaster and flapper replacements.  Have a qualified plumbing technician come to your home and change out your Fluidmaster and flapper for $75 including materials, a $35 savings. Simply mention this ad when you call 910.602.7005 to schedule your appointment.

Additional commodes at the same service address may be serviced with a new Fluidmaster and flapper for only $35 for each additional commode.

Buying or Selling a Home?

Have a qualified plumber perform a home plumbing inspection for only $65. WOW!  $50 savings for a limited time only. Inspection includes detailed report of findings and photographs of any damage or trouble areas.

Fixing minor plumbing repairs today can save you time and money when you are ready to sell. Buyers are expecting your home to show its absolute best while on the market. Anything less suggests that other things might also be wrong.

A plumbing inspection can also provide additional peace of mind when purchasing a home. Minor repairs made now can help avoid major problems down the road.

Kitchen Sink Backing up? Not Draining?

If you have a garbage disposal and your kitchen sink is backed up you may be able to clear the problem yourself, if you have a two-bowl sink.  First, plug the side of the sink opposite the disposal and fill that side about two/thirds full of water. Then, plug your disposal side and fill it two/thirds full of water. While holding the plug down on the side opposite the disposal, pull your disposal-side plug and turn your disposal on. This will force the water from the disposal through the drain, dislodging the blockage.

If this did not solve your problem, give us a call.  We will come out and auguer your sink with our small machine for $120, or if it's a main line that's clogged (usually evident with multiple fixture lines backing up*), then we can use our large machine to clear the line for $140.

*Note: If you are on a septic system, and not the county sewer, and you have multiple fixtures backing up, you should check to see if your septic tank is full.
